"Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right.

Mental attitude DOES affect success.

I heard the quote by Henry Ford first in high school, but never quite understood what it meant until years later.

"Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right."

I've thought about this quote over the past week as I have pictured what success and failure might look like. It's sad that many people don't realize their success depends upon their own ambition, and their own hard work, with a few ounces of Heavenly Blessings of course.

Success comes to those who have their nose to the grindstone. We need to pray as if everything depends on God, but work as if everything depends on us.

Sitting around waiting for luck to happen is no way to thrive in life.

Take the bull of life by the horns and tell it whose BOSS.

Set goals, then achieve them like your life has a timer, because it does. We just don't know when it's going to call it quits.

Watching "Netflix while eating Cheez-its" may very well be all your next door neighbor aspires to do, but I urge all who read this to GO for it.

Chase the dream until it's real.

Think Deeper:

Question #1: Imagine it's 20 years later, you've reached your life long goal of being the CEO of company ABC. Knowing that you've already succeeded, what advice would you give your 30-year old self?

Question #2: Imagine it's 2 years from now, you've failed at your attempt to complete one of your life long goals. Why did you fail? What could you have done differently? (Credit for this question goes to the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, read it).
